Description
Preparation:
It is prepared special pink rose petals (Damask Rose), Rock sugar (Misri) and Cardamom (Elaichi). A mixture of all three is beaten in large wooden vessels and stored in food-grade containers for long-shelf life. The moisture released from the rose petals dissolves the organic sugar. Praval Pishti (Coral Calcium) and Cardamom also get mixed together in proper proportion with Sattvavihita’s special quality Gulkand.
